Add a dedicated disconnect flow that truncates mappings/queue, clears
business-scoped IDs (shipping/fee/warehouse/bank), bridge token, sync
meta, and best-effort Hesabix Woo bridge settings. Change-business and
setup-complete now require this cleanup so reconnecting to a new
business cannot reuse stale links. Also expose delete-data-on-uninstall
in settings.
